Morphological Development and Nutritional Metabolism during Floral Bud Differentiation in Acca Sellowiana (Feijoa)

To provide scientific and technological support for the smooth development of flowers, regulation florescence, cultural management, among others, this study analyzes corresponding relationship between bioclimatology characteristics growth, development, reproductive biology A. sellowiana. Berg (Feijoa). Therefore, through optimized paraffin sections, examined floral bud differentiation in five-year-old sellowiana trees analyzed dynamic changes carbohydrate nitrogenous compound metabolism during flower under natural growth conditions. The results showed that there were six stages process buds: initiation differentiation, inflorescence primordium sepal petal stamen pistil differentiation. Differentiation buds began late March Mianyang region, China, lasted approximately 30 days. Following enters a period lasting five months. Throughout entire process, contained significantly higher levels total sugar, starch, soluble nucleic acid than those leaves, peak nitrogen, nitrate sucrose physiological transition period. Total RNA content both increased, with increasing more significantly.
